COMPANY BACKGROUND

Founded by it’s Managing Director Jeffrey Silvester in July 1984, Hospital Pipeline Installations has consistently grown year on year to it’s current status as Leading Piped Medical Gas Installer in Scotland for the last 20 years. The success of the company is based mainly on the experience, technical abilities and quality workmanship possessed.

The Company operates a stringent Quality Assurance System certified to BS EN ISO 9001 : 2000 and audited by BSI Management. Health and Safety is taken very seriously with detailed risk assessments and method statements issued prior to the commencement of any works. We hold regular tool box talks with our personnel who are all fully employed by the company.

We have full Professional Indemnity Insurance and Employers and Products Liability Assurance. We are also Members of the Medical Gas Association and IHEEM, and are registered with Constructionline.

We do not use sub-contractors as we cannot guarantee the workmanship or levels of insurances held etc.

We were awarded a Health & Safety award whilst carry out the entire Medical Gas installations at the New Edinburgh Royal Infirmary for ERJV.

We have regional offices in East Midlands, managed by Terry Yates, who himself has over 30 years experience in the Medical Gas Industry.

To gain a further foothold in the field, we have an office in Northern Ireland and have recently completed various piped Medical Gas Installation’s as well as offering complete Maintenance services.
